Minecraft grief report ticket routing: evidence, coordinates, rollback और appeals
Grief report सिर्फ complaint नहीं, investigation packet है. Evidence standard और routing बिना हर टूटा chest staff argument बनता है.
Short version
- →Coordinates, screenshots/clips, time window, affected items और scene touch हुआ या नहीं मांगें.
- →Grief report को bug, ban appeal, donor issue और support से अलग रखें.
- →हर ticket restored, denied, escalated या more evidence decision से close करें.
Form matter करता है
- Location and world.
- Approx time window.
- क्या बदला या गायब हुआ.
- Evidence या witnesses.
- Discovery के बाद scene बदला गया या नहीं.
Decision owner से route करें
Helpers evidence collect करते हैं. Moderators normal cases decide करते हैं. Admins rollback, staff misconduct, repeat offenders और economy impact handle करते हैं.
Rollback policy है
क्या restore होगा, player risk क्या है, कौनसे logs चाहिए और rollback approve कौन करेगा define करें.
Template से close करें
Close note बताए क्या review हुआ, decision क्या है, क्या restored/denied है और appeal possible है या नहीं.
