Minecraft grief report ticket routing：evidence、coordinates、rollback 与 appeal
Grief report 不是單純抱怨，而是 investigation packet。没有 evidence standard 和 routing，每个坏掉的 chest 都会变 staff 爭論。
重点
- →要求 coordinates、screenshots/clips、time window、affected items、scene 是否被动过。
- →把 grief report 和 bug、ban appeal、donor issue、support 分开。
- →用 restored、denied、escalated 或 more evidence 来 close。
Form 很重要
- Location and world.
- 大约时间。
- 什么改变或消失。
- Evidence 或 witnesses。
- 发现后 scene 是否被修改。
依 decision owner route
Helpers 收 evidence。Moderators 決定一般 case。Admins 处理 rollback、staff misconduct、repeat offenders、economy impact。
Rollback 是 policy
定義什么会 restore、什么是 player risk、需要哪些 logs、誰能 approve rollback。
用 template close
Close note 说明 review 內容、decision、什么 restored/denied、是否可 appeal。
