Minecraft grief report ticket routing：evidence、coordinates、rollback 與 appeal
Grief report 不是單純抱怨，而是 investigation packet。沒有 evidence standard 和 routing，每個壞掉的 chest 都會變 staff 爭論。
重點
- →要求 coordinates、screenshots/clips、time window、affected items、scene 是否被動過。
- →把 grief report 和 bug、ban appeal、donor issue、support 分開。
- →用 restored、denied、escalated 或 more evidence 來 close。
Form 很重要
- Location and world.
- 大約時間。
- 什麼改變或消失。
- Evidence 或 witnesses。
- 發現後 scene 是否被修改。
依 decision owner route
Helpers 收 evidence。Moderators 決定一般 case。Admins 處理 rollback、staff misconduct、repeat offenders、economy impact。
Rollback 是 policy
定義什麼會 restore、什麼是 player risk、需要哪些 logs、誰能 approve rollback。
用 template close
Close note 說明 review 內容、decision、什麼 restored/denied、是否可 appeal。
