Minecraft SMP Discord 設定指南：whitelist、rank、grief report 與 staff ops
Minecraft Discord 不只是伺服器旁邊的聊天。它是玩家學會加入、staff 處理 grief report、rank/donor access 保持乾淨，以及 reset 或 modpack update 變清楚的地方。

- →這不是 template；價值在 ops layer。
- →建立 channel 前先分開 access、status、identity roles。
- →為 whitelist、grief report、ban appeal、donor access、changelog、event 建立獨立 route。
從玩家路徑開始
問題不是需要多少 channel，而是新玩家前 10 分鐘要做什麼：讀 rules、apply/verify、理解 claims、找到 IP/modpack、知道去哪裡 report 問題。
分開角色用途
- Access: Owner, Admin, Moderator, Helper.
- Status: Applicant, Member, Trusted, Muted, Banned.
- Identity: Builder, Redstone, Event Team, Donor, VIP, Bedrock, Java.
混在一起時，donor perk 會變成 moderation power，private channel 也會外洩。
Channel map
- Start Here: rules, IP, modpack/plugin, how to join.
- Access: whitelist, rank requests, donor access.
- Support: grief report, bug, ban appeal, claim dispute.
- Community: screenshots, builds, trading, events.
- Staff Ops: evidence, rollback, private notes, changelog.
