Template: turning a messy Minecraft Discord into a staff-ready SMP ops system.

What was broken.
The server had good player demand but no operating system: whitelist questions lived in one channel, donor-rank problems went to owner DMs, grief reports mixed coordinates with arguments, and staff decisions were hard to audit after the fact.

What it looks like now.
In the template outcome, new players get a single path: read rules, check version/modpack, apply if needed, read claims, and use the correct ticket route. Staff gets a private review queue and repeatable decision language.
The business impact is not just fewer tickets. A cleaner Discord protects donor trust, reduces owner DMs, and makes the server look alive before a player ever joins the world.
