Gang / Economy Heavy

Turf rules. Hit protocols. Economy balance. The ops layer for serious gang RP.

Gang-heavy servers fail at the same operational points: unclear turf claims become drama, hit-RP devolves into RDM accusations, and runaway economies kill new-player retention. KeepGrid generates documented rules, conflict workflows, and economy-incident response โ€” installed in about 3 minutes.

Why this is hard

What goes wrong without a system.

Turf disputes have no documented resolution

Two gangs both claim Grove Street. Neither is wrong. Without a documented turf-claim system + conflict-resolution flow, every territory dispute becomes a staff drama.

Hits and wars trigger RDM accusations

Without documented hit-protocols (initiation, witness rules, cooldowns), valid hit-RP looks like RDM. Reports pile up. Players quit gangs because hits get reversed.

Economy inflation kills new players

Top gangs sit on $50M; new players make $5K/hr. Without economy-balance rules and intervention thresholds, the gap becomes uncrossable and your retention dies.

Exploits hit gangs hardest

When an exploit lands (money dupe, stash glitch), gangs absorb the windfall and the economy collapses. Without a documented exploit-response triage, you can't roll back fairly.

What you get

Tuned to gang / economy heavy.

Gang registration system

Application doc + review process + roster requirements + leadership ranks. Discord channel + role auto-creation. Pinned 'how to register your crew' guide.

Turf claim + conflict resolution

Documented turf-claim rules (with optional in-game integration), conflict initiation protocol, witness requirements, dispute resolution panel.

Hit / war SOP

Required Discord-coordination, attacker count, witness rules, cooldowns, post-hit RP standards. Eliminates 90% of RDM accusations.

Economy incident templates

Money dupe found, stash glitch, illegal item duplication โ€” each with rollback policy, comp rules, communication template, transparency log.

Wealth-cap + redistribution rules

Documented soft caps, taxation events, robbery economy rules. Keeps top gangs ambitious without making them untouchable.

Discord auto-install

Gang categories, ticket structure for gang-on-gang reports, exploit-report channel with logging. 60โ€“120 second install.

FAQ

Does this work with QBCore gang scripts (qb-gangs, qb-shops, qb-drugs)?

The Discord ops + documentation are framework-agnostic โ€” they describe procedures and rules, not script configurations. If you're using qb-gangs, qb-drugs, or ESX equivalents, the generated SOPs reference standard FiveM gang flows that map onto your scripts. KeepGrid doesn't install scripts; it documents how your community uses them.

How do you handle hits that violate Fear-RP?

The Hit SOP doc covers exactly this: every hit must have valid in-character motive, initiation, and Fear-RP compliance from both sides. We document a 'witness required' rule for hits over $X (you set the threshold) and require Discord posting of the attempt for major hits. Reduces 'I was just walking by' RDM accusations 80%+.

What's a healthy wealth distribution for FiveM RP?

Soft target: top 10% should hold roughly 40-50% of in-game wealth. Above 60% concentration, new-player retention collapses (per anecdotal data from successful servers). The pack documents specific intervention thresholds: at 60%, run a redistribution event (raid, IRS-style audit); at 70%, mandatory wealth cap. We don't dictate numbers but document the framework.

Can KeepGrid help when an exploit hits in real-time?

The Pro tier weekly Ops Health scan won't detect economy exploits (we read Discord metadata, not in-game databases). But the Incident Response doc includes the full triage flow: detect โ†’ freeze affected accounts โ†’ roll back if possible โ†’ comp policy โ†’ public communication. Pin this in your staff Discord; you'll want it ready before you need it.

Do gang docs work for a small (5-20 player) RP server?

Scaled down: at that size, you typically have 1-3 gangs total. The pack scales to your factions list. Tiny servers get simpler docs (single dispute resolution panel = 'the owner', no formal wealth cap). The framework is consistent; the depth scales.

Recommended for gang / economy heavy

Gang/economy servers need accountability infrastructure, not just docs.

Faction conflict and wealth disputes generate weekly tickets. You need the install (so disputes route through #faction-disputes with a documented panel) plus weekly scans (so a brewing exploit or slipping ticket SLA gets flagged before it triggers a wave of comp claims).
