FiveM Discord setup guide: serious RP servers के लिए ops layer
FiveM Discord सिर्फ chat room नहीं है. यह onboarding, whitelist, tickets, staff handoff, factions, rules और player trust का control panel है.
- →Goal ज्यादा channels नहीं, clear next step है.
- →पहले categories और role policy तय करें, फिर tickets, docs और faction areas जोड़ें.
- →Permissions category level से शुरू करें; channel exceptions का reason लिखें.
- →Administrator को daily staff role न बनाएं.
Serious RP Discord uncertainty घटाता है
New player को पता होना चाहिए शुरुआत कहाँ है. Staff को पता होना चाहिए कौन-सी queue उसकी है. अगर हर answer admin DM में है, Discord अभी ops system नहीं है.
Category map
- Start here: welcome, rules, apply कैसे करें, links, status.
- Applications: whitelist instructions, interview queue, appeal.
- Support: ticket, bug, comp, ban appeal.
- Community: general, media, events, suggestions.
- Staff ops: internal decisions, handoff, incident review, logs.
Roles: power, state, identity
Owner/Admin/Moderator power हैं. Applicant/Whitelisted/Muted state हैं. PD/EMS/gang/business identity हैं. इन्हें mix करने से permission audit मुश्किल हो जाता है.
Permissions और tickets
Category permissions बनाएं और synced channels रखें. Tickets को route, owner, SLA, evidence, escalation और close template चाहिए.
Launch से पहले dry-run
- Applicant बनकर rules/apply/support ढूंढें.
- Whitelisted बनकर visible categories देखें.
- हर ticket route खोलें.
- Trial Staff से owner channels hidden हैं या नहीं देखें.
