RP server launch checklist: players आने से पहले क्या fix करें
RP launch पहले weekend में judge होता है, लेकिन जीत या हार दो हफ्ते पहले तय हो जाती है.
- →Launch readiness logo, trailer और announcement नहीं है.
- →First 10 minutes, whitelist, tickets, staff permissions और rollback test करें.
- →First week में हर दिन ops owner चाहिए.
- →DM-dependent flow है तो launch ready नहीं है.
Common mistake
Team trailer और lore polish करती है, पर players operational questions पूछते हैं: apply कहाँ, bug कहाँ, comp कौन देखेगा, ticket इतना late क्यों.
D-14: ops model लिखें
- Player path: invite, rules, apply, review, whitelist, support.
- Staff path: intake, triage, decision, escalation, close.
- Owners: whitelist, tickets, factions, incidents.
- Boundaries: DM में क्या नहीं होगा और कौन-सा evidence चाहिए.
D-7: बिना help test करें
Internal setup न जानने वाले tester को सिर्फ invite दें. जहाँ वे confuse हों, वही backlog है.
D-3: role-wise permission check
Owner से test न करें. Applicant, Whitelisted, Trial Staff, Moderator और Faction Lead से देखें.
Launch day
Ops owner hype नहीं करता. वह queues, permissions, tickets, repeated questions और staff handoff देखता है और flow तुरंत fix करता है.
