FAQ
What hosting providers does this fit?
FiveM and RedM specialists primarily — ZAP-Hosting, GTXGaming, BisectHosting, OVH gameservers, Pingperfect, Streamline, Citadelservers and similar. Generic VPS/dedicated hosts where the FiveM customer is just one segment can also qualify but the attach rate is lower. We're also open to control-panel partners (txAdmin/txAgent ecosystem).
What's the revenue share structure?
30% recurring on bundled subscriptions (Pro tier) for the lifetime of the customer's subscription. 30% one-time on bundled installs ($49 install → $14.70 to partner). Non-bundled signups (customer finds us independently) don't count toward partner revenue. Settled monthly via Stripe Connect or wire.
Do we need to integrate the API?
Not initially. We can run as a co-branded iframe inside your customer area — partner customer clicks 'Set up Discord' and lands in a KeepGrid intake pre-attributed to you. That's a 30-min lift on your side. API integration (deeper, e.g. auto-provision install on hosting purchase) is a follow-on once attach rate justifies it.
What about exclusivity?
Non-exclusive both ways. We can have multiple hosting partners in the same region; you can have multiple Discord/ops vendors. We don't ask for category exclusivity because we believe in winning on product. You're free to pause or end the partnership at any time.
What's the volume needed to make this work?
Roughly: a hosting partner doing 200+ FiveM/RedM signups per month is where this starts paying off. Below that, the ops overhead of bundle accounting isn't worth it for either side. We're picky on the partner side — would rather have 5 great partners than 50 trickling 1 install/month.
Can we white-label KeepGrid as part of our hosting brand?
Limited co-branding only — partner logo on the install confirmation, partner support email in the footer. We don't strip the KeepGrid brand entirely because the customer still needs to know who to contact for ops issues. Full white-label is the agency tier ($149/mo + per-install).
