Your stream brings the players. Your Discord should keep them.
Creator-led RP servers monetize differently and operationally fail differently. You don't need a 12-rank PD hierarchy โ you need event flows, VIP tiers, sponsor-safe rules, and onboarding that converts subscribers to players. KeepGrid generates exactly that.

What goes wrong without a system.
VIP tier confusion = refund disputes
Without documented Patreon / Twitch sub tier benefits and Discord-role mapping, sub disputes turn into Stripe chargebacks and Patreon complaints.
Event flow ad-hoc = chaos
Streamer events (heist days, racing nights, casino events) need pre-event sign-ups, role gating, post-event compensation rules. Without structure, every event creates 30 ticket complaints.
Sponsors leave when chat is unmoderated
Brand-sensitive sponsors (most of them) won't run ads on Discords with unmoderated slurs or harassment. Your moderation has to be visible and documented.
Sub-only content vs free-tier confusion
Players don't understand what they're paying for, support tickets explode, and the feature gets resentment instead of revenue.
Tuned to streamer / vip / community.
VIP / Patreon tier matrix
Mapped to Discord roles: Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 with specific channel access, queue priority, event slots, role color. Pinned in #vip-info.
Event flow templates
Heist day, racing night, casino event, charity stream โ each with pre-event signup form, role gate, day-of channel, post-event recap.
Sponsor-safe moderation rules
Documented zero-tolerance rules for slurs, harassment, doxx โ phrased in brand-safe language. Auto-mod escalation that screenshots well for sponsor decks.
Content-creator onboarding
When a streamer joins your server, they need separate onboarding โ broadcaster opt-out form, stream title/tag rules, conflict-of-interest with regular RP. Documented.
Compensation / refund SOP
When a streamer event goes wrong (server crash mid-heist, exploit during race), you need a documented comp policy. Pack includes the SOP + Discord channel + comp-request ticket template.
Discord auto-install
Tier-gated channels, sub-role auto-assignment via Patreon/Twitch bot integration (config templates), sponsor-safe permissions matrix. 60โ120 second install.
FAQ
Does this work with Patreon, Twitch subs, or Ko-fi?
All three. KeepGrid generates the role matrix and tier descriptions; the actual integration with Patreon (Patreon Discord bot), Twitch (Sub Tier Discord), or Ko-fi (Ko-fi webhook) is a one-time bot config we document for you. The matrix tells you which role to assign at which sub level โ the bot does the assignment.
What if I'm a small streamer (under 1K subs)?
Pack scales: at <1K subs you typically have 1โ2 tiers and a few hundred Discord members. Generated docs will be smaller and simpler. The same $49 install works whether you have 100 or 100,000 Discord members โ the operational pattern is the same.
How do I handle players who join through stream vs through whitelist?
We separate the flows. Stream-led joiners get a 'Viewer' role with limited access; whitelist-approved players get 'Whitelisted' with full RP access. Documented escalation: viewers can apply for whitelist via the standard rubric, but get separate channels for stream events without WL.
What about server-side scripts for VIP perks (priority queue, custom car spawns)?
KeepGrid documents the Discord side โ the pack tells you what each VIP tier should access in Discord, what the role names are, and how to communicate the perks. Server-side scripts (priority queue, custom inventory) are a separate setup with txAdmin or qb-core, but the Discord pack tells your sub which features they have access to in-game.
Sponsors require a code of conduct โ does the pack cover that?
Yes. The Server Rules doc generated for streamer-style servers includes a brand-safe code of conduct: zero-tolerance harassment, slur policy with auto-mod escalation, dispute resolution flow. The format is sponsor-deck-friendly so you can lift the rules section directly into a media kit.
Streamer servers need drift control โ one offline mod can torpedo a sponsor.
When you're stream-visible, a single misconfigured permission or a slur posted in #general for 12 hours becomes a clip. Pro's weekly Ops Health scan + drift detection is the actual reason to subscribe โ the install just sets up the structure for it to monitor.
