Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-18KeepGrid sells digital Discord ops systems. This page keeps refund, cancellation, and higher-touch pilot payment rules in one public place before you buy.
Short version: preview first, pay only if the plan looks useful, and ask within 14 days if an unused one-time purchase is wrong for you. Pro can be cancelled anytime; partial subscription months are not refunded.
Self-Serve Game Server Purchases

Pro Subscriptions
Pro can be cancelled at any time. We do not refund partial subscription months, but you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling Pro stops scheduled scans after the paid period ends.
If Pro fails because of a KeepGrid technical issue that we cannot fix, email ops@keepgrid.net with the project or checkout email and we will review a fix or refund path.
Done-for-You, Agency, Paid Creator, and Studio Pilots
Higher-touch work is scoped before payment or invoice acceptance. The written scope should define the Discord server, vertical pack, deliverables, support window, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund scope.
If the engagement has not started, refund terms follow the written scope. If work has started, any refund depends on completed work, delivered assets, bot installation status, support usage, and the agreed pilot terms.
Technical Delivery Issues
If generation, checkout, install, rollback, or Pro scan delivery breaks because of KeepGrid, contact support first. The preferred outcome is to fix delivery. If we cannot deliver what was paid for, we will refund the affected payment.
How to Request a Refund
- Email ops@keepgrid.net from the purchase email.
- Include the project ID, Discord server name or invite, purchase date, and what has or has not been used.
- For pilot work, include the written scope or invoice reference.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Where local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights take precedence.
