Terms of Service

By using KeepGrid (the site, the SaaS app, or the Discord bot), you agree to these terms. We tried to write them in plain language — call out anything unclear at ops@keepgrid.net.

1. What KeepGrid Provides

KeepGrid is a SaaS tool that:

  • Generates customized operational documents for game servers using AI.
  • Installs a Discord server structure (channels, roles, permissions, pinned messages) via a bot.
  • Provides a dashboard to view and download generated content.

Features, pricing, and availability may change. Material changes are announced on /changelog.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KeepGrid. You must have authority to act on behalf of any Discord server you install the bot into.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your session cookie and Discord OAuth credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect these.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use KeepGrid to install content violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI endpoints beyond rate limits.
  • Generate hateful, illegal, or harmful content through our service.
  • Resell access or share paid features without a Partner agreement.
  • Use the service to harass, mass-DM, or spam Discord users.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules without refund.

5. Payments

  • Auto Install ($49) is a one-time payment. After payment, documents and install features are unlocked indefinitely.
  • Launch Pro ($19/month) is a recurring subscription. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues to the end of the current billing period.
  • Studio / Done-for-You ($349+) is a one-time payment for hands-on delivery. Scope defined in agreement before payment.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

6. Refunds

Free preview first. Before any payment, we show you 3 of 11 generated documents in full. If those don't meet expectations, don't pay — no refund needed.

Because we deliver digital content immediately after purchase, one-time Auto Install payments are generally non-refundable. If something technical prevented delivery (bot install failed permanently, generation broke), email ops@keepgrid.net — we will fix it or refund at our discretion.

Launch Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months.

7. Content Ownership

  • Documents generated for your server are yours. Modify, share, or repurpose them freely.
  • The KeepGrid brand, site, code, and template structures remain our property.
  • You grant us a limited license to store your generated content on our infrastructure so you can access it.

8. AI-Generated Content

Documents are generated by large language models (currently Claude Sonnet 4). AI output may:

  • Contain inaccuracies — always review before using.
  • Occasionally generate similar phrasing for different servers.
  • Not be legally binding or legally reviewed (rules templates are reference content, not legal advice).

Use at your own discretion. We are not responsible for how generated content is used or interpreted by your community.

9. Discord Bot Behavior

The KeepGrid bot operates only when you explicitly trigger it. It does not read messages, collect member data, or run background tasks. See /bot-permissions for full details. If the bot causes unexpected server state, use the rollback feature or contact support.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Third-party outages (Discord, Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel, Neon) affect availability. Status at /status.

11. Limitation of Liability

KeepGrid is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period, or $100 if you haven't paid.

12. Termination

You may stop using KeepGrid at any time and delete your data (see /data-deletion). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

Updates go to /changelog. Material adverse changes to paid accounts receive 14 days email notice.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised via email — ops@keepgrid.net — before any formal action.

15. Independence

KeepGrid is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or any other game publisher or platform.
