Terms of Service

By using KeepGrid (the site, the SaaS app, or the Discord bot), you agree to these terms. We tried to write them in plain language — call out anything unclear at ops@keepgrid.net.

1. What KeepGrid Provides

KeepGrid is a SaaS tool for player-run Discord operations that:

• Generates customized operational documents for game servers using AI.
• Installs a Discord server structure (channels, roles, permissions, pinned messages) via a bot.
• Provides a dashboard to view and download generated content.

Features, pricing, and availability may change. Material changes are announced on /changelog.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to digital services in your jurisdiction (16 in many EU/EEA countries) — whichever is higher. You must have authority to act on behalf of any Discord server you install the bot into.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your session cookie and Discord OAuth credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect these.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use KeepGrid to install content violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI endpoints beyond rate limits.
• Generate hateful, illegal, or harmful content through our service.
• Resell access or share paid features without a Partner agreement.
• Use the service to harass, mass-DM, or spam Discord users.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules without refund.

5. Payments

• Docs Pack ($19) is a one-time payment for generated documents only. It does not include Discord installation.
• Launch OS ($49) is a one-time payment. After payment, documents and install features are unlocked indefinitely.
• Launch OS + Pro ($59 today, then $19/month) includes Launch OS plus a recurring Pro subscription for weekly read-only Ops Health scans, drift detection, Fix Buttons, audit log + revert, and staff tasks.
• Annual KeepClean ($199/year) includes Launch OS plus 12 months of Pro in a yearly subscription.
• Done-for-you ($349+) is a one-time payment for hands-on delivery. Scope is defined in agreement before payment.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

6. Refunds

Free preview first. Before any payment, we show you 3 of 13 generated documents in full. If those don't meet expectations, don't pay — no refund needed. A plain-language summary lives at /refund-policy.

One-time payments (Docs Pack, Launch OS setup, Bundle setup, Done-for-you, and Annual) have a 14-day refund window if unused. If something technical prevented delivery (bot install failed permanently, generation broke), email ops@keepgrid.net — we will fix it or refund it.

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We do not refund partial subscription months, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.

7. Content Ownership

• Documents generated for your server are yours. Modify, share, or repurpose them freely.
• The KeepGrid brand, site, code, and template structures remain our property.
• You grant us a limited license to store your generated content on our infrastructure so you can access it.

8. AI-Generated Content

Documents are generated by Anthropic's Claude family of large language models (the specific model version may change as Anthropic releases improvements). AI output may:

• Contain inaccuracies — always review before using.
• Occasionally generate similar phrasing for different servers.
• Not be legally binding or legally reviewed (rules templates are reference content, not legal advice).

Use at your own discretion. We are not responsible for how generated content is used or interpreted by your community.

9. Discord Bot Behavior

The KeepGrid bot does not read message content, collect member rosters, or monitor voice channels. Launch OS ($49) operates strictly on-demand — the bot only modifies your server when you click Install, Re-install, Roll back, or an explicitly confirmed Pro Fix Button. Pro ($19/mo) adds weekly read-only scans (channel, role, and permission metadata only — never message content) used to compute your Ops Score and detect drift; scheduled scans never modify your server. Cancelling Pro stops scheduled scans. See /bot-permissions for full details. If the bot causes unexpected server state, use the rollback feature or contact support.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Third-party outages (Discord, Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel, Neon) affect availability. Status at /status.

11. Limitation of Liability

KeepGrid is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period, or $100 if you haven't paid.

12. Termination

You may stop using KeepGrid at any time and delete your data (see /data-deletion). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

Updates go to /changelog. Material adverse changes to paid accounts receive 14 days email notice.

14. Operator and Governing Law

KeepGrid is operated as an independent solo project. The operator's legal entity, registered address where applicable, tax registration where applicable, and invoicing details are available on request before higher-touch agency, paid creator, or studio pilot payment — email ops@keepgrid.net with subject "Operator details" and we'll send the current disclosure. The public transparency path is documented at /business-transparency.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised via email — ops@keepgrid.net — before any formal action. Where local consumer protection law gives users stronger rights (EU/EEA, UK, California, etc.), those rights take precedence over anything in these terms.

15. EU/EEA / GDPR Users

Under GDPR, your data is processed under contract (to deliver the service you bought) and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention). You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection — see /data-deletion or email ops@keepgrid.net. A list of subprocessors (Stripe, Anthropic, Discord, Vercel, Neon, Resend, Google Analytics, Upstash) is published in the Privacy Policy, and a Data Processing Addendum is available by emailing ops@keepgrid.net with subject "DPA request".

16. Independence

KeepGrid is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any other game publisher or platform. "FiveM" is a trademark of Take-Two Interactive; "Minecraft" is a trademark of Microsoft; "Discord" is a trademark of Discord Inc. Used for descriptive purposes only.
