Business Transparency
Last updated: 2026-05-17KeepGrid is still early, so this page says exactly what is public today, what is provided before higher-touch paid work, and what we will not pretend to have before it is real.
Short version: game-server self-serve buyers can use the public pricing and refund terms. Agency, paid creator, and studio pilots receive operator details, data-processing terms, support scope, refund scope, and security contact details before payment or invoice acceptance.
Operator Disclosure
KeepGrid is currently operated as an independent solo project. The current operator details, registered address where applicable, tax or invoicing details where applicable, and support contact are available before any agency, paid creator, or studio pilot payment. Email ops@keepgrid.net with subject "Operator details".
We do not publish unverified legal or tax details as marketing copy. Public legal-entity disclosure will be added once the commercial setup is finalized for the next stage of sales.
Before Higher-Touch Payment
For agency, paid creator, and studio pilots, the buyer receives the following before payment or invoice acceptance:
- Operator details and the support contact for the engagement.
- Written scope: which Discord server, which vertical pack, what will be installed, and what is out of scope.
- Pricing, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund scope.
- Data-processing summary and DPA request path.
- Bot permission summary, including the no-message-content and no-member-roster guarantees.
- Security contact and expected response path for incidents or vulnerabilities.
Data Processing Documents
The public Privacy Policy lists subprocessors and retention windows. A formal Data Processing Addendum is available for B2B, agency, paid creator, and studio customers by emailing ops@keepgrid.net with subject "DPA request".
Data deletion instructions live at /data-deletion. Bot behavior and permissions are documented at /bot-permissions.
Security Contact
Security reports should go to ops@keepgrid.net with subject "Security Report". The security page explains current controls, Discord bot boundaries, incident handling, and responsible disclosure expectations.
Operational status lives at /status, and user-facing product changes are logged at /changelog.
Public Claims and Case Studies
KeepGrid does not publish customer numbers, screenshots, quotes, or before/after scores without approval from the operator. The current case-study pages are labeled as template-only until real pilot stories are approved.
Sample reports and demo pages are product demonstrations, not customer performance claims. When a metric depends on actual traffic, member behavior, or retention, the page should say so instead of presenting a universal benchmark.
Independence
KeepGrid is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Epic Games, Patreon, Whop, or any other platform named for descriptive purposes.
