2026-05-16 - Public dotfile artifact exposure remediated

Resolved

An internal audit found a generated deployment artifact reachable under a public dotfile path. The artifact was removed, proxy-level dotfile blocking was added, smoke checks now cover sensitive paths, and provider credential rotation is tracked separately.
